Step Up Programme

Step Up is a community of 30+ companies engaged in diversity and Inclusion. We help law students with diverse backgrounds, skill sets and no network gain experience in the legal profession with a two-month paid summer internship in the in-house legal department of two international companies, with one month at each company located in Belgium, Germany, France, The Netherlands or the UK.
