About Copenhagen

Information

Copenhagen is one of the most accessible cities in the world. The airport connects directly to the city via train and metro, with travel to the city centre taking just 12 minutes, the fastest airport-to-city connection in Europe. Once in Copenhagen, getting around is easy: Metro & Train: The 24/7 metro network and extensive train routes connect all neighbourhoods, the airport, and even nearby cities like Malmö, Roskilde, and Elsinore. Cycling: With over 546 km of bike lanes and many rental options, biking is a popular and efficient way to explore the city. Walking: The compact city centre, wide pavements, and safe environment make walking a pleasant option, day or night. Taxis: Readily available at the airport and throughout the city, taxis accept most major credit cards and operate with fixed rates. GETTING TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE From Copenhagen Airport: Take a direct train from Terminal 3 to Copenhagen Central Station or an S-train to Dybbølsbro Station. From either station, the hotel is a 10–20 minute walk. From DFDS Terminal (Oslo Ferry): Take bus 27 to Østerport Station, then transfer to an S-train heading to Copenhagen Central Station. From there, take bus 7E and get off at Tivoli Hotel (Kalvebod Brygge). From Oceankaj (Cruise Ships): Take bus 164 to Orientkaj Station, continue on metro line M4 to Copenhagen Central Station, and then take bus 7E to Tivoli Hotel. (Note: Some smaller cruise ships may dock at Toldboden or Langelinie.) By Metro or S-train: Metro: The nearest metro stop is Havneholmen (M4 line), just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. S-train: The closest S-train station is Dybbølsbro, only a 5-minute walk away. By Car: The Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center offers a large, video-monitored parking garage located within the building.
