This session will address challenges of remote working and different working styles/ cultural and language divides, managing expectations of US HQs vs European styles of working. What are the skills needed for the lawyers of tomorrow and changing business needs, specifically in an international environment? The aim of this session is for team leaders to be better equipped to build/expand international legal teams on a budget, and have a better understanding of the cultural challenges faced by international legal teams.
